Finally, I could say that this blog is “up and running” and unless you’re using IE 6, in which case you’re going to see a two-or-three pixels gap on the right, this blog should work. One last problem I tackled this evening was about the offset of an element which made IE singularly displays the list incorrectly. Tried and tired as I might, I couldn’t get around to the problem and finally decided for a not-too-elegant way of using jQuery to detect the browser type and then apply a different CSS for IE. Until I found another method of taking this problem (most likely, until I decided to change my template), this will have to do.
